A wrist and thumb support helps the rehabilitation process following tendon damage or muscle strains. A wrist brace may help with compression support or to limit range of movement to assist the healing process. A wrist support can either be relatively short or stretch some way up the forearm. A thumb ‘spica’ immobilizes the thumb using a splint in order to encourage healing. The products are made using materials which allow the skin to breathe, improving comfort.
